Meditation is in truth higher than thought
Meditation is in truth higher than thought.
The earth seems to rest in silent meditation;
and the waters and the mountains and the sky
and the heavens seem all to be in meditation.
Whenever a man attains greatness on this earth
he has his reward according to his meditation.~ Upanishads ~

“I” and “mine” makes us slaves,
Each wave in the brain that says
“I” and “mine” immediately puts a chain around us
and makes us slaves,
and the more we say “I” and “mine” ,more our slavery, the greater our misery. Therefore, the Karma-yoga advises us to enjoy the beauty of all things in the world,
but not to identify with any of them.
