Signs of Practice
Calm and self-control are signs of listening to the Dharma;
Few passions, signs of meditation;
Harmony with everyone is the sign of a practitioner;
Your mind at ease, the sign of accomplishment.

Contentment
I truly feel that contentment is the greatest wealth. Anyone can claim it for themselves. Anyone can own it. Contentment is an incredible wealth that we donβt have to pay for or seek anywhere outside ourselves. The natural resources to create this wealth are the inner riches of our own mind. Contentment is a wealth that gives the highest satisfaction, and we can gain it simply by mining our own resources and knowing our own mind. We can cultivate the perspective that what we have is enough. We can see that we do not actually need more than we already have, and can be completely satisfied with that.

Praise and blame, gain and loss, pleasure and sorrow come and go like the wind
Praise and blame, gain and loss, pleasure and sorrow come and go like the wind. To be happy, rest like a giant tree in the midst of them all.
-Gautama Buddha-
Be content with what you have
βBe content with what you have;
rejoice in the way things are.
When you realize there is nothing lacking,
the whole world belongs to you.β
When you realize there is nothing lacking,
the whole world belongs to you.β
