The journey of a 1000 miles begins with a single step

When our mind is calm, it reflects reality

“When our mind is calm, it reflects reality accurately, without distortion. Breathing, sitting, and walking with mindfulness calms disturbing mental formations such as anger, fear, and despair, allowing us to see reality more clearly.”

  3. When our mind is calm there is no reflection, there is no observer of that reflection; how can no mind become mind except through thought, through that reflection? There is no past or present or future, only now; And now is only a word with a meaning that changes.
